Based in Inverness or Elgin (or surrounding areas), you\’ll work on a range of corporate matters including M&A, restructuring, and commercial contracts.     Advising on corporate transactions including M&A, restructurings and investmentsDrafting and negotiating commercial agreements and governance documentsManaging client relationships and supporting business development activityWorking closely with colleagues across departments on cross-practice mattersContributing to the development of the firm\’s regional presence

Profile

    A solicitor or equivalent with at least 1 year PQE in corporate lawExperienced in advising on M&A or other corporate matters, either in-house or in private practiceComfortable managing a varied workload and dealing with clients directlyAble to work collaboratively as part of a teamIdeally with an interest in or connection to the Highlands or Moray (not essential)
