Job Title: Renewable Energy Lawyer

The Role:
- Advise on complex renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, hydro, and emerging technologies
- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts and project documentation
- Support clients from planning and development through to financing and construction
- Work collaboratively across departments including real estate, corporate, and regulatory teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the energy sector, helping shape legal strategies and navigate regulatory frameworks
The Person:
- Qualified solicitor in Scotland or England & Wales (dual-qualified welcome)
- Minimum of 5 years ’ post-qualified experience ideally, but flexibility depending on background
- Previous experience advising on energy, infrastructure, or commercial projects preferred
- Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and passionate about sustainability and renewables
- Strong communication and client-facing skills essential
