Personal Tax Supervisor Job Overview
- Managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, delivering high–quality income tax services to include preparing returns, handling client queries and portfolio management
- Providing advisory services to a wide range of clients
- Review of personal tax returns and other work to ensure consistent quality
- Research tax queries/technical queries and propose solutions for review
- Supervise and assist with training of junior colleagues
- Collaborate closely with partners and managers
- Develop and maintain good client relations, and pursuing any opportunities to grow a portfolio
Personal Tax Supervisor Job Requirements
- CTA or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Experience using CCH income tax
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients, within personal tax
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills, and communication skills
- Able to commute into office when required
- No requirement for visa sponsorship
Personal Tax Supervisor Salary & Benefits
- Salary within the region of 65,000 (full time equivalent) can be higher dependant on experience
- Part time working hours. Flexible on hours, preferably working Tuesday – Thursday
- Hybrid working pattern. Expected within office 1 day a week
