As the Postgraduate Administrator at TOPRA, you will play a pivotal role in the operational delivery and continuous improvement of our postgraduate training programmes. This is a highly rewarding position where you will ensure our programmes meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and learner satisfaction.
You will act as the first point of contact for students, delegates, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and providing support throughout their learning journey. In addition, you will coordinate programme operations, manage student records, and assist with the smooth delivery of online and face-to-face training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert administrative support for postgraduate training programmes, from enrolment to certification. Ensure seamless event coordination for online and face-to-face training sessions. Offer exceptional customer service to students, delegates, and speakers. Maintain accurate student records and assist with quality assurance reporting.
