We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as an Accountant. This role is predominantly focused on managing various financial transactions, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, and handling both receivable and payable accounts diligently. You will also be involved in generating crucial financial reports and assisting in the administration tasks within the office.

  • Generation and handling of invoices and financial statements daily, using QuickBooks.
  • Regular monitoring of banking activities and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparation of financial reports including cash flow statements and budget reports.
  • Maintenance of human resources and employee files, and general office management.
  • Supporting the Management Team and supervising the finance and administrative team.
