We are seeking a commercially savvy and results-driven Sales Finance Manager to support our UKI Sales and Commercial teams. This is a high-impact role where finance meets strategy, playing a critical part in driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and informed decision-making across multiple customers & channels in the UKI.
What your role is:
Demonstrate exceptional leadership and excellent business partnership skills, driving strategy and performance across the Sales organisation.
Govern Trade spend through insights and analytics, ensuring we achieve the best ROI, whilst continuing to look for efficiencies in one of the company\’s largest cost buckets.
Partner directly with the Sales Director and Senior Leadership Team to deliver financial targets for the year (Both Sales and Profit), whilst challenging and influencing key decisions.
Partner across the UKI Finance team to execute month-end and forecast processes, ensuring clear analytics and insights which drive differential business outcomes.
Drive a culture of ownership and accountability across the business and finance.
Support strategic decision-making by modelling multiple commercial scenarios (e.g. pricing changes, customer investment proposals, terms renegotiations).
Partner closely with Sales to prepare financially sound proposals for Joint Business Plans
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two analysts, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.

You will possess a strong understanding of the FMCG sales environment and a proven ability to leverage financial data to impact business outcomes.
You will also have a track record of developing high-performing finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP and reporting tools such as Business Objects and GFP is essential.
