We have an exciting new vacancy for a Wedding Coordinator to join our team at Bosworth Hall Hotel in Market Bosworth, set in 11 acres of beautiful, landscaped gardens, the Grade II listed mansion which houses the hotel, dates backs from the 17th century and still retains many of its original features. Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel and is just a 30-minute drive from local towns and cities such as Tamworth and Leicester.

Your duties will include:

  • Receiving and responding to wedding enquiries via phone, email, and third-party websites.
  • Collecting necessary information from clients to provide accurate quotes.
  • Meeting our clients, conducting show rounds and securing their booking
  • Selling the hotel\’s features and packages
  • Managing communications with clients for both wedding enquiries and events that have booked.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of wedding and event coordinating, thrive in a people focused environment and have excellent communication skills with a love of weddings.
