They reduce risk and predict future events ensuring our business can continue to grow whilst each and every one of our consumers gets the best price.

What you\’ll be doing:

12m FTC

Within the Commercial Motor Pricing team, you’ll be responsible for assessing the optimum rates for our van products. This will include extracting and manipulating the relevant data, impact assessing prices changes, and supporting build and testing through to implementation. Once changes are live, you’ll be responsible for monitoring their performance through setting up MI tracking processes and analysing the impacts

Our hybrid model offers a \’best of both worlds\’ approach. When you\’ll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office

What you\’ll need:

  • Degree in numerate subject

  • Experience working in insurance pricing (4+ years)

  • A strong understanding of statistical techniques (e.g. GLMs, GBMs)

  • Experience of using Radar

  • Experience of using Alteryx & Emblem ideal but not essential
