Renowned for hosting unforgettable weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations, this hotel is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join their banqueting kitchen. Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality, large-scale dining experiences while maintaining the hotels exceptional culinary standards.

Responsibilities as the Banqueting Sous Chef

  • Supporting the Head Chef in the banqueting kitchen, ensuring seamless preparation and execution of large-scale events.
  • Leading and mentoring a dedicated team to produce exceptional dishes for weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.
  • Overseeing food preparation, quality control, and presentation to ensure every dish meets the hotels high standards.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and the kitchen team to source the best seasonal ingredients and create impressive event menus.
