Catch 22 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estate Manager on behalf of a respected property management provider for a 2-month temporary contract. Based on a large residential development in Salford, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of over 1,000 apartments across multiple blocks.
Key responsibilities include managing on-site staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, leading service charge budgeting, and acting as the primary point of contact for residents, leaseholders, and external stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing procurement, and supporting community engagement.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years\’ experience in a similar role, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of building and estate management operations. An IOSH Managing Safely qualification is preferred.
Role Details:
- Temporary contract – 2 months until September 2025
- Immediate start required
- Around £170 per day (approx. £45,000 per annum pro-rata)
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
