Our Cluster Associates are responsible for supporting Month-End reporting and analytics for our business units and central functions, including standard management reporting. The Cluster Associate will develop and implement analytical standards for reporting, partnering with various departments across the business unit.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the monthly close of management accounts, including preparing monthly data reporting packages with KPI analysis, variance analysis, explanations, and posting necessary accruals and journals.
- Assimilate data from multiple systems and stakeholders to identify trends for KPIs & actuals.
- Support the Cluster Finance team with analysis and variance explanations compared to historical data.
- Enhance data governance processes by improving data quality and integrity, following guidance from line managers.
- Collaborate with the Cluster team to classify, quantify, and forecast by providing reliable, accurate, and timely information.
- Maintain and produce standard quarterly performance analytics and reports for leadership with guidance from the Cluster Finance team.
- Facilitate standardisation and sharing of best practices across the Shared Finance team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Support automation and enterprise consolidation of data used in performance reports.
- Prepare SOX controls and support audit requests.
