The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Lifestyle & Shopping Manager to join our London team. If you live and breathe luxury fashion, fine jewellery, timepieces, and exclusive collectibles — and know how to source the rarest finds — this role is for you.
This is a fast-paced, non-client-facing role perfect for a proactive individual with a strong global network of luxury retail contacts and a keen eye for sourcing high-demand products. You\’ll also collaborate with our Marketing and Concierge teams to enhance client engagement through curated content and seamless service delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing exclusive fashion items, luxury watches, jewellery, and more for high-profile clients
- Leveraging a strong network of global retail partners, personal shoppers, and boutiques
- Negotiating pricing and access to rare or high-demand products
- Assisting in onboarding new brand and retail partners with favourable commercial terms
- Collaborating with Marketing on WhatsApp Stories and newsletter content to boost sales and engagement
- Staying ahead of market trends to provide timely insights and recommendations
- Maintaining detailed records of sourcing activities, contacts, and timelines
- Supporting Concierge and Lifestyle teams on ad hoc luxury and lifestyle-related tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for luxury fashion, accessories, watches, and high-end collectibles
- Proven ability to source rare or exclusive items under tight deadlines
- Strong industry network both in London and internationally
- Exceptional organisation, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and works cross-functionally
- Tech-savvy with tools such as Trello, Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Additional Requirements:
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed
- Occasional travel may be required for client or partner engagement
