An established London-based boutique investment firm operates as a placement agent, family office and capital-raising specialist. The firm takes a comprehensive approach to alternative investments, with a strong institutional investor base with presence across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
Role Overview:
The firm is seeking a Senior Investor Relations Fundraiser to lead and expand its fundraising efforts across Middle East, and Europe regions, with a particular focus on the DACH, Nordic, UK, and French markets. This position offers autonomy, strategic input, and the opportunity to shape the firm\’s fundraising direction. The successful candidate will grow institutional investor relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and work closely with key prospects and fund managers.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute fundraising campaigns across alternative investment strategies, including private equity, private credit, and secondary strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, investor meetings, and roadshows across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and GPs to tailor investor communications and marketing materials.
  • Contribute to the firm\’s strategic growth, support global fundraising initiatives and cross border capital raising efforts.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising positions within private markets.
  • Background in placement agents, private equity, private credit or multi-asset managers is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in raising capital from institutional investors across Europe.
  • Deep understanding of private markets and alternative investment strategies.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of building relationships independently.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commercially driven abilities.
