Job Description
As our next Reception Shift Leader, you…
- Welcome the guests and provides support and leadership to all Reception Team Members.
- Contribute to guest’s satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
- Ensure department policies and procedures are well understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed. Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. - Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Prior experience working with FOLS/ OPERA or a related system at ACCOR / Hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
