Overview

Skopes is a leading menswear retailer, with stores/concessions across the UK and have now been operating for over 75 years. The business is expanding further and we are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager for our new menswear store at Cotswolds Designer Outlet.

About you

This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established yet ever-growing company, in a managerial position.

A dynamic individual is sought and will be responsible for managing the store and team, organising staff rotas, sales and customer service, merchandising stock, plus use of till and card machine.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the store and team, organise staff rotas, and supervise daily store operations.
  • Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise stock effectively to maximise presenting and stock control.
  • Operate till and card machine, and handle cash handling procedures as required.

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting £32k basic with 36K OTE, including excellent bonus and commission.
  • Commission scheme payable on team sales, not individual targets.
  • Workplace pension scheme.
  • Full training on all stock.

Working Hours

40 hours per week between store opening times. (More hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages or busy periods etc.)

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity you must have managerial experience within a fashion retail environment.
