As a future Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will report to Head of Performance and Reporting UK, and you will be part of AXA IM Global COO.

The role is to manage assigned UK regulatory reporting production processes as well as developing the service we provide. A key aspect is ensuring there is a control framework in place and looking for ways to improve and streamline the process. Support new regulatory implementation, participate and support strategic initiatives and participate in team projects.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Organise, supervise, and lead the end-to-end production and delivery of regulatory reporting within regulatory deadlines:
- Ensure production control and monitoring
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and tools
- Coordinate and interact with internal contributors, as well as service providers used in the production process.
- Act as a point of contact within AXA IM and the business, supporting the compliance teams on the various processes and current/new regulations
- Actively contribute to regulatory reporting projects. Contribute to projects to integrate new regulatory reports or changes to existing reports. Active contribution to regulatory change programs (SDR, CTI, DCPT, MIFID II, PRIPS, Solvency II, etc.):
- Participation in the impact analysis of these regulations
- Contribution to the definition of the reporting solution
- Active participation in the implementation phase
- Participation in market groups
- Monitoring of applicable regulations:
- Ensure legal monitoring, in collaboration with the Legal and Compliance departments, of regulations that may impact regulatory reporting

Your qualifications and experience:
- Degree level
- Experience in asset management/financial reporting activities. Specific experience on UK regulatory reporting.
Your knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge of asset management
- Financial knowledge
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of the French and European asset management regulatory environment. Knowledge of banking and insurance regulations is a plus.
- French speaking would be a plus
- Knowledge of ESG regulations is a plus.
- Results-oriented and client-focused
- Process-oriented and able to identify and implement process improvements
