On average, it takes 4 weeks to receive an offer and you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work.
What will my day-to-day responsibilities look like?
- Outbounding – trialling different ways to reach potential customers, using automation and AI tools to speed prospecting
- Cold calls – persuading cold leads to convert over the phone, honing communication skills
- Running demos and closing – unlike in corporates, you will look after the full sales cycle!
- Analysis & feedback – honing the startup’s ideal customer profile, evaluating what has/hasn’t worked and iterating on your prospecting process
The Important Stuff
- Average base salaries: £40-60k OTE
- Roles available: every cohort, there are a range of roles on offer, but common roles include: Founding Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Partnerships & Account Executive.
- Location: most roles are 3 days a week London, with 2 days working from home.
