Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council,
37 hours for 52 weeks per year which includes holiday entitlement which must be taken during school holidays.
Band C, £25,992 – £28,624 (pay award pending)
Working pattern will be a split shift between core hours of 7am – 6pm to be agreed with Headteacher.

We welcome enquires about the role. We are looking for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled and dedicated person to take on this extremely important role within the school.
The post will involve regular and reactive site maintenance and liaising with contract cleaners.
This is a permanent post.
Working a split shift you will be a key holder, ensuring the security of the buildings and contents, health and safety monitoring and will be expected to deliver the full range of caretaking, maintenance and general repairs, supervisory duties, some cleaning duties and completing the relevant paperwork, as set out in the job description. This is a varied and interesting role and you must be able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in general maintenance and health and safety regulations is essential.
