Description

The Sole in-house Legal Counsel will be:Managing and negotiating UK commercial contracts across multiple departmentsEnsuring GDPR compliance and overseeing data protection initiativesProviding strategic legal advice to support business growth and operationsLeading the UK legal function and liaising with external counsel when necessaryCollaborating with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risksGetting involved in acquisitions as and when the business requires

Profile

The In-house Legal Counsel should be:A solicitor or equivalent with solid commercial law experienceConfident handling commercial contracts and GDPR/data protection issuesExperienced in leading legal functions or managing legal operations within the UKSkilled at providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice

Job Offer
