Are you a confident, organised leader passionate about creating safe, secure, and welcoming environments? We\’re looking for an experienced Security Manager to take charge of one of our key client sites in London – a role with real responsibility, impact, and opportunity for growth. This is a pivotal role, where you will lead the security operation and be responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance, and smooth running of all on-site security operations in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.

About The Role
As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the site is consistently manned in line with contractual requirements, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Safeguard the safety and wellbeing of people, property, and the environment — making a tangible difference every day.
  • Oversee all security, mailroom, and loading bay activities, ensuring they meet client standards and promote a positive onsite experience.
  • Champion staff training and development, nurturing talent and building a culture of continuous growth.
  • Keep all essential site documentation up to date, maintaining clear and accessible records.
  • Lead emergency response as Incident Controller, providing calm, confident leadership in critical situations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, including police and neighbouring properties, fostering trust and cooperation.
  • Manage the site\’s ISO 22301 BCMS accreditation, supporting high standards of business continuity.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience managing security contracts and leading teams with confidence
  • Valid SIA Licence (Security Guard or Door Supervisor)
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships
  • Basic IT skills with an ability to interpret reports and manage data
  • Calm, quick-thinking in emergencies, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and proactive, able to navigate evolving client and operational needs
  • Knowledge of GDPR practices, risk management, and ideally IOSH/NEBOSH training
  • SIA CCTV licence is ideal but not essential
