We\’re hiring a Group Sales Director to take ownership of sales and account management across a group of innovative, fast-moving companies in the events and experiences sector.
About the Role
Reporting into the CEO and sitting on the Senior Executive Team, you’ll be the strategic driver behind revenue generation, team performance, and commercial excellence. You’ll manage a team of Account Directors and Business Development Managers, overseeing a portfolio of blue-chip clients and a multimillion-pound sales pipeline.
This is a hybrid role based in Wiltshire, requiring travel to client sites and events across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring the sales and account management teams across the group
- Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships with key stakeholders
- Owning group sales performance, pipeline, forecasting and margin targets
- Contributing to board-level decisions and shaping business strategy
- Driving commercial growth with both new and existing clients
- Representing the group at high-profile client meetings and industry events
- Creating and executing structured account plans with measurable KPIs
About You
- Proven success in a senior sales leadership role (Director level)
- 5+ years in sales/account management within events, hospitality or related industries
- Experience managing portfolios of £20m+
- A natural leader and mentor with strong commercial acumen
- Confident, charismatic, and exceptional at building trust and rapport
- Self-starter with energy, drive and strategic thinking
- Comfortable in both boardrooms and on the ground at client activations
