Our client, an established City firm, with offices in Kent, are expanding and require a Senior Family Solicitor to join their team.

Successful applicants will be responsible for their own caseload dealing with all aspects of Private Family matters, areas to include:

  • Divorce and Separation
  • Financial Settlements
  • Property adjustment/ Transfer of assets
  • Children
  • International /Cross border considerations.
  • Preservation of assets
  • Asset freezing injunctions
  • Cohabitation and financial interests in land and property

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely close knit team at an exciting time for the business. The firm are looking for candidates who wish to work at Partner Level and really assist with driving the business forward.

Hybrid working available.

Part time considered (min 4 days).
