The Role

There is now multiple opportunities to join the events team where you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of a wide range of events. As Event Manager or Senior Event Manager your role will be extremely fast paced. The roles would suit an established Event Manager with experience delivering events including conferences, exhibitions and shows at scale. Key responsibilities for Senior Event Managers and Event Managers include but are not limited to:

  • Event scheduling, logistics and management
  • Producing documentation including H & S
  • Conducting venue show rounds and interpreting briefs and requirements
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversight of set up and breakdowns onsite
  • Main POC for clients and suppliers
  • Budget management
  • Maximizing revenue by upselling further services
  • Post event evaluations

The Candidate

To be successful as a Senior Event Manager or Event Manager you will be an experienced Event Manager with high attention to detail, a flexible approach to working to suit the needs of the business and fantastic interpersonal skills.

You will be used to delivering large scale events end to end either at a venue, organiser, association or agency.
