Description:
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Leader in London to articulate our value proposition to C-level individuals in the Energy and Commodities Trading and Risk space across EMEA. You will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level energy and commodities clients.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the SaaS revolution in the EMEA market and to contribute to the growth of Clearwater and Beacon.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and influencers, understanding their infrastructure, business requirements, and challenges.
- Familiarize yourself with market complexities and the value propositions of Clearwater and Beacon.
- Develop new accounts and expand existing ones within the EMEA energy and commodities markets, solving complex problems throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct meetings with prospects and identify their needs.
- Develop and progress opportunities, closing deals within the assigned market.
- Coordinate with executive management and internal teams (Client Services, Marketing, Pre-Sales).
Requirements:
- Hungry to develop new business and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Understanding of European energy and commodities markets, with proven ability to sell into this sector.
- Strong background in CTRM, ETRM, cross-asset & risk trading, or enterprise risk.
- Proven record of exceeding targets and selling risk solutions using structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Strong presentation and writing skills for client-facing activities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadlines, ambiguity, and change.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Track record of attaining multi-million annual quotas.
