This role is offered on a hybrid basis, involving a combination of working from our Corby or London office, and remotely. It is available as either a permanent or fixed-term contract.
We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner for a key senior role in our Corporate Services team. You will partner with business leaders to drive the people strategy, lead initiatives such as organizational design, talent management, and change projects, and support a high-performance, inclusive culture. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver people-related programs that support business growth and operational excellence across the region.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the development and execution of people strategies aligned with Corporate Services and Global Shared Business Services goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive business objectives, offering strategic HR support through coaching and consulting.
- Utilize people data proactively to provide insights that inform business decisions and foster an inclusive culture.
- Manage people-related change projects, including organizational design and restructuring.
- Define and implement talent strategies in alignment with business strategies, collaborating with global teams.
- Drive people initiatives across regions, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement in people tools and processes within a global, complex matrix environment.
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role, influencing strategy and delivering solutions across global business areas.
- Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design, with experience managing change in a multicultural environment.
- Strong coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience using people data for decision-making and insights.
- Success in fostering a diverse, high-performing culture through aligned People strategies.
- Collaborative, results-driven, with excellent networking and negotiation skills in a matrixed global environment.
