We’ve brought together our retail, trade and contract kitchens under one powerful brand, and our B2B Projects team sits at the very heart of that transformation. As our Sales Director – Projects you’ll shape the future of large-scale kitchen projects across the UK, collaborating with visionary developers, builders and architects to bring world-class design to life.

About the role

You will create and deliver an inspirational sales strategy that accelerates growth in new-build, inner-city high-rise and social housing projects. Reporting to our B2B Director, you’ll lead a talented team of sales and design professionals, nurture key client relationships and drive our three-year commercial roadmap. This is a chance to leave your mark on a business that’s redefining what a kitchen can be for builders, for homeowners and for communities.

Location – UK (Hybrid, flexible on location)

What you’ll do

  • You’ll develop and own a commercial sales plan that powers significant volume gains in the contract and developer markets.
  • You’ll build lasting partnerships with house builders, property developers, contractors and architects, securing long-term, high-value agreements.
  • You’ll mentor and motivate a high-performing team, empowering them to exceed revenue targets and embrace our “Better. By Design.” ethos.
  • You’ll drive a competitive tendering processes, pricing models and bid management for complex, multimillion-pound projects.
  • You’ll work together with our installation and service teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to our exacting quality standards.
  • You’ll monitor market trends and competitor activity, pinpointing fresh opportunities for innovation and expansion.
  • You’ll provide clear, data-driven reporting and forecasts to senior leadership, informing decisions that underpin our ambitious growth plans.

  • A proven leader in project sales, ideally within kitchens, interiors or related construction sectors.
  • Exceptionally commercially astute, with impressive negotiation skills and a track record of winning long-lead, high-value contracts.
  • Well-connected in the property development, construction or architecture world, and comfortable building new alliances.
