About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead the implementation of the CIPHR system , including HR and payroll modules. The role will span from pre-contract preparation through to go-live, supporting the organisation at every stage. You\’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth implementation aligned with organisational goals.
Duties will include:
- Reviewing system specifications and vendor responses to identify risks and gaps
- Supporting the formation of a robust project plan with clear milestones and deliverables
- Collaborating with internal teams (HR, Finance, IT) and the software vendor
- Overseeing data cleansing, mapping, and migration activities
- Supporting system integration with existing payroll and pupil records systems
- Documenting key decisions and ensuring process transparency
- Conducting process reviews and identifying workflow automation opportunities
- Coordinating user acceptance testing and training roll-out plans
- Equipping internal teams to train end-users effectively
