- Hybrid working – our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. The actual time spent and location will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

As an Economic Resilience Consultant, you will work on impactful projects delivering game-changing solutions. Your focus will be on applying whole system resilience assessment and capability building in areas such as:
– Workforce resilience
– Societal resilience
– Infrastructure resilience
– Digital resilience
– Organizational resilience
– Supply chain resilience
– Climate resilience
– Economic resilience or security
We excel in integrating systems and supporting clients with situational awareness, risk management, resilient leadership & culture, resilience assessments, investment decision-making, and resilience operating models.
Past projects include:
- Supporting the MOD in building a resilient supply chain and industrial base
- Designing a staff competency framework to professionalize resilience in the rail industry
- Reviewing risks to transport infrastructure from dam collapse
- Developing security strategies for an international organization
- Ensuring resilience of high-value payment systems for the European Central Bank
Qualifications
- Proven ability to combine multidisciplinary perspectives with a passion for resilient and sustainable systems
- Experience engaging and presenting to clients, with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of international standards in resilience, risk management, security, and service continuity
- Experience in developing business cases
- Stakeholder management skills across organizations
- Systems thinking capability for strategic and detailed analysis
- Background in economics or engineering
- High proficiency in Excel; Power BI and Python skills are a plus
- Interest in AI applications for resilience
