Experian\’s B2B Go-To-Market function is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant with deep expertise in Know Your Business (KYB), Perpetual KYB (pKYB) and KYC and Financial Crime data solutions to support our growing Identity & Fraud proposition.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be central to enabling our sales specialists to succeed by providing subject matter expertise, data-driven insights, and consultative support throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- You will be a trusted advisor to sales teams and clients on KYB and Financial Crime data solutions.
- You will support new business opportunities by contributing to discovery sessions, client workshops, and solution design.
- Work with existing sales teams to assess existing KYB and PH notifications usage and look for upsell opportunities and whitespace
- Develop and maintain appropriate working cadences to plan, track and report on engagement and taking a lead on breaking down barriers to sale
- Translate complex client requirements into tailored data-led KYB and pKYB solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that articulate the value of Experian\’s data assets.
- Be a technical bridge between sales teams and delivery engagement to help clients understand the solution better and sales teams navigate internal processes
- Collaborate with Product Owners to feedback market intelligence and client needs to shape future proposition development.
- Experience in KYB, AML, or Financial Crime consulting, gained in a pre-sales or client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of business verification, beneficial ownership, and risk profiling in regulated industries.
- Proven ability to work with data products and APIs, and explain their value in a commercial and compliance context.
- Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively with sales, product, and delivery teams to drive client success.
