Fantastic opportunity for a property litigator with one of the leading UK property management companies based in London.
Working closely with the Director of Legal and Head of Litigation the role will focus on supporting and advising the company on all litigious real estate matters and minimising risk to the business.
Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the real estate industry and have a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience, with a focus on property litigation. A good working knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, and its associated Regulations, is essential, as is significant experience of landlord and tenant work.
You will be expected to manage your own case load of property litigation matters, with minimal supervision, dealing with all stages of disputes from pre-litigation stage up to and including trial/hearing advocacy. You will liaise with external solicitors and Counsel, provide general support and advice to internal stakeholders and draft and review documents and agreements to be used throughout the company.
The role is full time and the company has an excellent hybrid working policy – work life balance is highly valued and staff expected to be in the office only 2 days a week.
