Our client who produces everything from large format printed boards, banners, signs, car wraps exhibition stands and visual marketing materials. They provide a full service of design, print and finish in office are looking for a committed and hard-working Print Finisher to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, mounting and laminating large format graphics. Finishing a variety of materials, i.e. rigid boards, vinyl\’s, papers, Laminates, banners etc. Operating printers, Laminator, Vinyl Plotters / kiss cutter, CNC. Working to client and site Health and Safety procedures. Set up and operate UV printing equipment to produce high-quality graphics according to project specifications. Prepare materials for printing, including loading and aligning substrates and ensuring they are suitable UV printing. Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process, inspecting for defects and inconsistencies before and after production. Follow Quality process at all parts of the print and production process. Finish printed materials, including cutting, trimming, and applying laminates or coatings to enhance durability and visual appeal as per job tickets. Maintain equipment in optimal working condition, performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting as required. Collaborate with the Sales, estimating and Design teams to ensure that designs are accurately represented in the final product. Keep accurate records of materials used and tasks completed, promptly reporting any issues or delays to the production team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace. Key Requirements: Full UK clean driving licence. Large Format Print Finishing experience – Ideally mounting, lamination and vinyl cutter. Vinyl Installation experience.
