Job Description

We are seeking a Product & Program Manager for Business Intelligence & Data Analytics to drive product vision, planning, and development aligned with our Data Analytic and Reporting strategy, proactively responding to evolving economic, technological, and customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting business needs for internal reporting, self-service tools, Power BI dashboards, and reports.
  • Liaising with Senior leaders in Europe to identify and prioritize product/portfolio opportunities, establishing the product vision, charter, and roadmap.
  • Defining product outcomes and OKRs to prioritize features/epics and break down work into actionable steps for discovery, design, development, and delivery.
  • Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle and driving the product roadmap using OKRs.
  • Collaborating with agile, experience design, technology, and risk partners to create products that achieve business and customer outcomes.
  • Understanding and managing technical features, debt reduction, and modernization efforts, with expertise in relevant technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in Product/Program Management within a Technical product or Data engineering environment.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Understanding of system interdependencies affecting performance; ability to plan and design solutions that align resources with business metrics and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric platform.
  • Ability to anticipate market and customer needs, adding value through strategic insights.
  • Strong customer-centric approach to ensure positive experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, risk management, and related tools and processes.
  • Additional skills in product strategy, discovery, development, channel management, customer research, and performance optimization.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with in-office expectations of at least 3 days per week and flexibility for remote work outside the office.
