About the Role
Join Neo4j\’s innovative Generative AI (GenAI) team, where we are pioneering advanced AI and machine learning solutions. As a Back-End Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing robust, scalable server-side systems that power our GenAI product portfolio. You will contribute to both existing and new products as we expand our suite of GenAI offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end systems using Python to support GenAI applications.
- Stay current with advancements in GenAI technologies and back-end development trends to ensure optimal system architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose innovative solutions that enhance our GenAI products and services.
- Support internal teams in integrating GenAI capabilities into their systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience building back-end systems with Python, utilizing frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with building applications using Agent Frameworks or libraries like LangGraph, AG2, Crew or similar.
- Proven expertise in developing scalable, efficient back-end infrastructure for AI-driven or GenAI applications.
- Strong proficiency in back-end development best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, etc.
