At Holland & Barrett, we\’re on a mission to redefine wellness—and we\’re looking for a clinically qualified Nutrition Pillar Lead to shape the future of our H&B&Me digital health platform. You\’ll lead the design of engaging, evidence-based nutritional interventions that combine behaviour change science with AI-powered personalisation to drive real, lasting health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the nutrition strategy for our digital lifestyle app, aligning content and interventions with clinical and user needs.
- Develop engaging, evidence-based nutrition content using behaviour change models and AI-driven personalisation.
- Collaborate with behavioural scientists, data teams, and product managers to shape user journeys and in-app experiences.
- Translate complex nutritional and scientific information into accessible, motivating content for users at all stages of their health journey.
- Analyse user feedback and data to continually optimise nutritional offerings and improve outcomes.
- Ensure all content meets regulatory and clinical safety standards.
- Act as the clinical nutrition expert in product innovation, governance, and strategic discussions.
Location:
This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
Key Requirements
- Registered Dietitian, Registered Nutritionist, or Medical Advisor with a nutrition specialty (e.g. gastroenterology, lifestyle medicine).
- Deep understanding of behavioural science and experience applying it to health interventions (e.g. COM-B, Fogg Model).
- Experience developing digital health content, ideally with AI or personalisation elements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and user engagement through evidence-led content.
