About The Role
We are seeking a MRICS qualified Consultant Auditor to join our Best Practice, Risk & Compliance department at our Baker Street HQ, working on our Rural service lines. Knight Frank is a leading independent property consultancy with a global presence in commercial, residential, and rural sectors, established in 1896.

Responsibilities:

- Assess compliance against audit criteria.
- Draft clear audit reports highlighting issues and risks.
- Provide improvement recommendations.
- Communicate results to auditees.
- Contribute to developing audit assessment criteria for service lines.
Key Experience Required:
- MRICS qualification (essential).
- At least 5 years\’ experience in audit or operations within Rural service lines in an RICS-regulated firm.
- Experience with fund valuations (desirable).
- Understanding of RICS standards.
- High IT literacy (essential).
- Knowledge of Power BI and Audit Systems (beneficial but not essential).
