- A 360-degree role in a dynamic team, with involvement in the development of licensing strategies, creative direction, licensing sales presentations and sales/business development for key established and new clients
- Responsible for driving new business development across all industrial categories such as pressure washers, safety footwear, workwear, tools and other, analogous product areas – paying particular attention to IMG’s automotive and automotive-related clients
- Attending and maximizing business opportunities at relevant European trade shows – focused predominantly around Industrial product areas (such as Automechanika)
- Responsible for attaining and where possible exceeding agreed annual sales targets for licensing sales on annual MGs and total MGs of new deals and/or royalties
- Devise business development and reporting mechanisms to keep SVP and the team updated
- Ensuring all stages of deal negotiation, contracting, contract and financial management are entered and recorded within IMG’s bespoke licensing management systems
- Acting effectively as clients brand manager, an extension of their team and managing the viability of product design and development with them for existing and new licensees.
The Role And What You’ll Do

- Highly organised, detailed, and adaptable. Ability to manage workload and switch between brands and licensees is essential
- Experience in securing new licensees, particularly within the Industrial licensing landscape
