We are recruiting for a well-established firm who are looking to grow a potential successor. With leads available, proven to generate on target gross revenue of £140,000 per annum, initial financial establishment plan available to help you through the first few months and ongoing support and training to ensure your flourish. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an established Financial Planning firm, in a role that offers career development and could possibly evolve to become the role of a Practice Principal in the future. This opportunity will suit a pro-active adviser who is able to build lasting relationships based on trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently but will be part of a strong team, with dedicated support provided by an award-winning network. If you are a motivated and experienced adviser, based around the Cardiff or Bristol area who puts the client’s needs at the heart of everything you do and are passionate about exceeding expectations and delivering great customer outcomes, then this may be the role you have been looking for! As a Financial Advisor your Roles & Responsibilities include: * Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals, asses their current financial situation, and develop personalised strategies to meet these needs. * Actively generate business by engaging with Practice clients provided by the firm and independently sourcing new clients through networking, referrals and marketing initiatives. * Stay updated with financial regulations, ensure adherence to the required standards, maintaining accurate records to ensure transparency and accountability. Required Skills & Qualifications as a Financial Advisor: * Level 4 DipFA or CII Diploma or equivalent qualification required. * Desirable to also have/interested in obtaining CeMAP or equivalent qualification. * Must have a proven track record of delivering tailored financial advice. * Based around either the Cardiff or Bristol area. Benefits as a Financial Advisor: * Self-employed contract with proven ability to generate £140,000 gross revenue per annum. * Financial establishment plan available by negotiation. * Clients and leads provided from existing client bank, business streams or organic referrals as well as being provided with the support to undertake pro-active business development and advertising to generate your own leads. * Flexible hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office. * Set own hours of work to suit you. * No micromanagement. * Admin and marketing support to allow you more time to focus on advice and customer service. * Ongoing training and development. * Career Progression with access to pioneering training as part of the Route to Principal course and the potential to become a Practice Principal. * Access to a market leading proposition as part of an award-winning network, The Openwork Partnership.
