Job Description
- Ideally hold a recognised Assessor Award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Experience of delivering in-house training within a Supply Chain/Logistics environment.
- Must be confident to deliver Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT.
- Must hold strong occupational competency within logistics / supply chain.
- Flexible to meet the needs of learners working hours.
- Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
Duties:
- Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain, Logistics and Improvement Practitioner Levels 2 and 3 (Level 4 if competent).
- Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.
- Delivering via a mix of face to face, remote and workshop delivery.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
