They’re looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join their rapidly growing team and take charge of securing their cutting-edge infrastructure and products.

The Role:
As a Cyber Security Engineer , you’ll work closely with the CTO and other engineering teams to implement security measures across the company’s platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the company’s security posture, ensuring it’s robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Develop and implement security controls for cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and threat modeling
- Manage and respond to security incidents, ensuring swift recovery and mitigation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security within the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures across the organization
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and security trends within the FinTech space
- Lead internal and external security audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security
- Solid knowledge of cloud security, ideally with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with security tools for vulnerability management, intrusion detection, and SIEM solutions
- Knowledge of secure development practices (DevSecOps, CI/CD)
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with container security (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty, or similar
