The predicted salary is between 43500 - 72000 £ per year.

Base Location: Melksham, Oxford, Reading, Slough, or Portsmouth

Salary: Up to £72,592 + car/cash allowance + other benefits supporting your family, finances, and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our team.

This role offers flexibility to split time between the office, site, and your home or another SSEN location.

We are looking for candidates with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a willingness to innovate and ask questions.

You will:

  1. Manage the design and delivery of projects following the investment management process.
  2. Oversee safety, quality, cost, and schedule aspects of all projects.
  3. Collaborate with Protection and RTS engineers, field staff, contractors, customers, and stakeholders.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
  5. Utilize analytical skills to support Technical Services with processes and reporting, especially with new systems for the ED2 price control period.

You have:

  1. Protection, Real Time Systems, and Operational Technology knowledge.
  2. Contract management experience, ideally with NEC construction contracts.
  3. Engineering qualification and a recognized qualification in construction safety and project management.
  4. Experience with Office 365 and Power Platform applications, especially Power BI.
  5. Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. A full, current driving license.
