Your new company Hays are recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer for a large Public Sector Organisation based in Larne. Your new role You will provide general secretarial/administrative support to the DEA Manager within the Community Planning & Development section, to include scheduling meetings, screening telephone calls and emails, respond to routine internal correspondence and prepare outgoing mail taking appropriate actions as will deal with queries from the public and relevant stakeholders in respect of areas of service delivery, including dealing with complaints in line with the customer complaints will also handle cash as necessary and in line with council procedures. What you\’ll need to succeed Minimum of 5 GCSEs to include English Language and Maths (grade C or above) or equivalent qualifications. A minimum of 2 years\’ (4 years\’ if you do not have the academic requirement in Criteria 1) relevant administrative experience to include: -Proven ability to deal efficiently with large volumes of work-Successfully prioritising competing demands. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Hold a full current driving licence to drive within Northern Ireland and access to a form of transport that meets the needs of the post in full OR have access to a form of transport which enables the applicant to meet the full requirements of the post in full.* (*This relates to any person who has declared that they have a disability which debars them from driving).
