We are currently recruiting for a Catering Administrator to join our team based at Moy Park Craigavon. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern:

  • 25 Hours per Week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:30- 14:30

The Role:

  • Maintain and input data on company system.
  • Assist staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Process deliveries, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Process Orders though online system.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, Word Processing and email correspondence.
  • Assist in checking stock levels and completing stock reports.
  • Cash handling
  • Support Manager with any other relevant duties
  • Light service duties as and when required
  • Light assistance with audit process In-house and externally

  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.

  • Self-motivated, working independently and on own initiative.
  • Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
