Duration: 6 months initially
Location: London/Milton Keynes (Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite)
Are you a seasoned Test Lead with a proven track record in ensuring robust quality assurance for complex projects? At Ten10, we’re all about delivering exceptional software solutions faster and smarter, and we’re looking for someone like you to lead testing efforts on a high-profile programme.
As a Test Lead , you’ll be responsible for providing a robust testing framework that ensures the quality of project deliverables. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to define and implement testing strategies that provide sufficient levels of assurance, ensuring business confidence in the final solutions. This role will primarily focus on leading and supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) with some involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Test Strategy Development: Define the overall test approach for SIT and UAT across end-to-end solutions, including reports and UI interfaces.
- UAT Leadership : Work closely with business stakeholders to coordinate and lead UAT phases, ensuring test scenarios reflect user requirements.
- Data and Report Testing: Design and execute test scenarios that validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in reporting platforms.
- Assurance Processes : Oversee the sign-off process for testing programmes valued over £5 million, ensuring all deliverables meet the required standards.
- Tool Selection: Identify and implement the right testing tools to align with project needs.
- Leadership: Guide and mentor testing teams, ensuring best practices are followed and quality is consistently delivered.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business goals.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of testing experience, including extensive involvement in System Integration Testing (SIT) and some exposure toUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience with testing programmes of work valued over£5 million .
- Expertise in developing and implementing robust testing methods, processes, and plans.
- Strong understanding ofWaterfall methodologies (more relevant than Agile for this role).
- Technical knowledge and experience in defining test approaches for complex end-to-end solutions.
- Experience selecting and implementing testing tools to meet project needs.
