National firm seeks to appoint a Banking Partner to join their UK banking & finance team in Southampton.
Our client is a progressive and well-established national firm with an entrepreneurial and agile way of working.
The firm has a strong investment plan for growth in their Hampshire base throughout 2025 and beyond and securing a banking partner is core to this strategic plan.
The team, which benefits from having true national reach, handles broad finance work including acquisition finance, asset based lending transactions, secured lending work, real estate finance and general corporate banking work. Clients include major UK clearing banks, challenger banks, building societies, funds, investors and others.
With scope to play a key role in the department nationally, but from a Southampton / London base, you\’ll work alongside an accomplished team of banking and finance lawyers, delivering high touch service to clients in a supportive, flexible and values driven environment. Equity prospects on offer.
