What you\’ll be responsible for
As Director of Product Management for Payments Ecosystem Growth, you will lead strategies that unlock partner volume and drive adoption across Circle’s payments products — including CPN Marketplace, Modular Stack, merchant payments, and payouts. You will own a multifaceted mandate that spans corridor performance analysis, product-led growth experiments, and strategic partner enablement. Working closely with Business Development, you will design scalable programs that accelerate activation and deepen engagement with key enterprise partners. Your work will directly impact how partners onboard, scale, and succeed within the Circle Payments Network.
What you’ll work on
- Analyze usage patterns and partner behavior to surface growth opportunities and unblock volume across the payments ecosystem.
- Design and run growth experiments across pricing, bundling, incentives, and feature optimization to drive partner acquisition and activation.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, regional leads, and Product Marketing to align product execution with market opportunity.
- Serve as the “growth brain” of the Payments pillar — translating insight into action across product, region, and go-to-market strategies.
- Inform API prioritization, regional focus areas, and platform enablers based on data-driven analysis and market dynamics.
- Lead strategic programs that support enterprise partner scale, from onboarding through sustained volume growth.
- Define, track, and report on growth KPIs, providing visibility and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
What you’ll bring to Circle
- 10+ years of product management or growth product experience in fintech, payments, or platform environments.
- Proven ability to drive product-led growth across complex, multi-sided ecosystems or partner networks.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions and growth experiments.
- Skilled at working across cross-functional teams including engineering, BD, solutions, and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with developer APIs, PSP infrastructure, or payment rails.
- Experience in global markets, including corridor-specific growth or localization strategies.
- Background in crypto, stablecoins, or blockchain-based financial platforms.
- Experience partnering with enterprise clients or building products for B2B platforms.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Salary Range: 215,000-275,000
