YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Boutique Manager to craft a universe within the boutique that delivers memorable client experiences and fosters a fulfilling employee environment. You will implement a strong clienteling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will contribute to the brand\’s reputation and desirability through networking and events. Your key contributions will include developing relationships with Harrods teams and initiating boutique activities. Success will be measured by achieving quantitative and qualitative targets aligned with brand objectives.
PLAYING YOUR PART
You will drive CRM and clienteling initiatives, leading by example in building relationships with clients and prospects. You will manage boutique operations in accordance with brand and group compliance policies. As a Maison ambassador, you will represent the brand\’s identity and values. You will design the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles, and ensure proactive talent pipeline. Furthermore, you will coach, train, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve exceptional performance.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require:
- 4+ years previous experience in retail management (High watchmaking knowledge is preferred or high-value luxury product)
- Track record of driving boutique performance from a qualitative, quantitative and operations point of view
- Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities, clienteling and ultimate hospitality mindset
- Self-starter with team-player approach, excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of the local market (and Harrods in particular as a plus)
- Excellent computer skills, SAP exposure is a plus.
