We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the opening of an exciting new lifestyle and homeware store launching in Islington this June.
This is a full-time, floor-based role (5 days out of 7, including weekends), perfect for someone hands-on, commercially driven, and passionate about delivering a top-tier customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and developing your team to create a warm, welcoming environment.
Delivering excellent customer service that earns 5-star reviews.
Driving sales performance and managing store targets.
Overseeing stock, visual merchandising, and day-to-day operations.
Managing recruitment, training, and team wellbeing.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Store Manager (ideally in standalone retail).
Background in homewares, furniture, or premium fashion preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Confident managing budgets, rotas, and operational responsibilities.
A hands-on approach and a positive, proactive mindset.
Interviews will take place in two stages: virtual first, followed by an in-person interview.
