Projects Night Supervisor – Heathrow Airport
We are seeking an experienced supervisor to join our team at Heathrow Airport as a Projects Night Supervisor.
Working hours: Nights, Monday to Friday, 21:00 – 05:30. A driving licence is mandatory for this position.
As a supervisor, you will oversee the entire process from notification of work schedules, mobilisation, onsite delivery, to handover. Your goal is to deliver successful projects that meet specifications and standards in a safe environment, within budget and schedule, while maintaining excellent relationships with our clients to exceed satisfaction levels.
You will supervise daily operations, oversee operatives on site, conduct regular inspections of work standards and equipment, and hold weekly handover meetings with clients and the project manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Fabric or M&E experience
- IOSH certification (desirable)
- Experience in the construction or facilities management industry
- Experience in airport environments (desirable)
