Job Description

In this responsible role, you’ll take charge of the rostering Senior Carers and Personal Care Assistants across your community. It’s a logistical puzzle to make sure that our customers get the very best – a familiar face, week in week out, a responsive service that changes with their needs, and a level of care that will not only be rated outstanding by the CQC but by each and every person we support.

Whether you’re supporting our recruiting programmes, setting up new care packages rapidly, delivering weekly rosters that mean we get the very best out of our people’s skills and time or making sure we’re 100% compliant with all legislation, you’ll be key to our success. Clear communication is vital, so you’ll make sure everyone from Personal Assistants to your Branch Manager, our Regional Trainers to customers, is kept in the loop.

What you will need
Experience as a Care Coordinator within in a busy environment as well as a good knowledge of working in an office delivering care, as well as strong IT skills.

Full driving licence with a good knowledge of the local area. (Ideally, you’ll also have or be working towards, your Health and Social Care Diploma, level 3).

Combining a highly organised, systematic approach, with a knack for problem solving.
