Responsibilities

Role Overview:

We\’re looking for a creative and driven Brand Marketing Coordinator to help us connect with and serve one of the most important demographics in the UK – older adults who deserve food products designed specifically for their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

As the Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening our brand presence and building authentic relationships across every customer touchpoint. Working within the Marketing team, you’ll help define and execute brand-led campaigns that not only drive customer acquisition and retention but also enhance brand awareness, consistency, and loyalty. From storytelling and visual identity to campaign execution and customer engagement, this role is ideal for a creative individual who is passionate about brand building and thrives in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (email, social media, paid media, direct mail, print, etc.), ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on-brand, on-time, and in line with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain organised campaign calendars, content schedules, and brand asset libraries.
  • Assist with proofreading and quality control, ensuring all communications are polished and brand consistent.

Brand Building & Community Engagement

  • Champion the brand voice and identity across all touchpoints, creating consistent, compelling messaging and visuals that reflect the brand’s values, tone, and personality.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of brand guidelines, toolkits, and assets to ensure brand integrity across the organisation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, brand engagement metrics, and customer feedback to help shape brand strategy and content direction.
  • Support CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives with a focus on brand storytelling and customer experience, using tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo to deliver personalised, branded communications.
  • Collaborate on the development of customer journey maps and brand engagement plans to support loyalty and long-term brand affinity.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to inform branding decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Manage the creation and distribution of brand-aligned content that adds value to the customer journey and reinforces our positioning in the market.
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for a variety of formats, including email, social media, website, print collateral, and ads.
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials and social graphics using Canva and similar tools, maintaining brand consistency throughout.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support across brand initiatives, including meetings, resource development, and budget tracking.

Experience & Skills Needed

  • Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a brand marketing role, ideally in e-commerce or the food industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce) and understanding of email marketing bests practices
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar tools for content and asset development and Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a knack for creating content that feels personal and genuine

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics, customer data, and reporting dashboards
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across projects
  • A good eye for design and a natural sense of creativity in both messaging and visuals
  • Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for being part of a mission-driven team

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary up to £34,000 (depending on experience)
  • 6% company pension contribution(you contribute 5%) to help you plan for your future.
  • Life insurance at 2x salary.
  • 33 days annual leave, including public holidays. Annual leave increases by 1 day after 2, 4 and 6 years’ service.
